How Professional Treatment Makes a Difference

Moving beyond a substance use disorder is often more than a question of willpower. It’s also a question of resources. Successful recoveries typically demand community, support, and a carefully crafted environment for healing. The majority of individuals who seek professional care recover successfully. So can you.

Misconceptions and fear around treatment often stem from the belief that there’s one “right” way to recover. But treatment isn’t as black-and-white as you may expect. At Promont Wellness, we go above and beyond traditional treatment strategies. We mix evidence-based therapeutic practices with holistic and innovative treatment approaches to help you revolutionize your life. The goal isn’t just to recover from addiction but to create a healthy lifestyle that helps you achieve what you want.

Our Options for Princeton Drug Rehab

At Promont Wellness, we know that no two people walk the same road to recovery. That’s why we tailor our Princeton drug rehab programs to each client we work with. Still, some overarching goals and principles guide each level of care.

  • Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP): As our most intensive level of care, our Philadelphia partial hospitalization program requires more time spent in treatment than other options. Still, this program doesn’t require residential accommodations; clients are free to return home at night. Our PHP combines regular supervision with increased personal accountability, which is ideal for those just starting out on their recovery journey or transitioning from an inpatient program.
  • Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): A step down from our PHP is our intensive outpatient program in Philadelphia, which, as the name implies, is a more intensive version of conventional outpatient care. Clients are asked to attend treatment more frequently or for longer periods, helping them focus on their treatment goals.
  • Traditional Outpatient Program: Those ready to re-enter daily life are a good fit for our Philadelphia outpatient rehab. Weekly therapy sessions and other regular activities keep clients engaged with rehab while challenging them to navigate the outside world independently. This is usually a long-term treatment option.
  • Aftercare: We know that the last day of formal treatment isn’t necessarily the last time you’ll face obstacles. Our aftercare program supports our clients as they move forward in their recovery. It’s a great way to participate in relapse prevention programs, share your experiences with others, and stay in touch with your goals.
  • Medication-Assisted Treatment: Available at any level of care, our medication-assisted treatment ensures clients have the tools they need to succeed. Treating withdrawals, mental health conditions, and physical health needs can be necessary for a healthy recovery.
Stories of hope

What clients say about us...

“I’d like to thank Courtney from the bottom of my heart. She helped me through the scary process of getting into treatment and then treated me with respect and compassion. The treatment process was scary, vulnerable and uncomfortable, but she did everything she could to make me feel as comfortable as possible. I have become an active member of the recovery community and could not have done it without the guidance and expertise Courtney provided throughout treatment.”

KNOW THE SIGNS

Treating Mental Health & Substance Use Disorders with Care

For many who face addiction, mental illness is not just a possibility but an everyday reality. Addiction can both result from and contribute to mental health disorders like anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. These two types of illnesses often feed into each other. Just when one seems bad enough, the other one comes around and causes even more trouble. Addressing both areas of need can be crucial to a genuine recovery.

That’s where dual-diagnosis treatment comes in. Treating both mental health and substance use disorders simultaneously yields better treatment outcomes. It also helps clients avoid relapses more successfully down the road. At our Bucks County drug rehab center, we work diligently to offer services that consider each area of a client’s needs. Through evidence-based therapeutic practices and holistic treatment approaches, we help clients heal from the inside out.
