Kyle has worked in the field of mental health and addiction since 2000, with over 13 years of experience primarily in addiction treatment. His professional path was enriched by 14 years of service in the U.S. Army Reserves, which shaped his perspective on resilience, discipline, and service to others. He has earned his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2023 and is currently pursuing full licensure as both a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Psychologist.

Throughout his career, he has worked with adults facing challenges related to addiction, trauma, and personal development. His clinical experience includes individual and group counseling in both outpatient and inpatient settings. He is passionate about supporting individuals navigating the recovery process, drawing from his own close personal connection to the recovery journey.

His therapeutic style is rooted in a direct, compassionate, and skills-based approach. He primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Reality Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. These evidence-based modalities help clients build insight, develop coping strategies, and move toward sustainable change. His work is grounded in the belief that recovery is deeply personal—and possible for everyone. He is dedicated to helping clients identify what matters most, work through barriers, and take meaningful steps toward improved well-being.
